After finding himself on scene unable to save a woman's life, Eugene has dedicated his time and resources to building the tools he wish he had so that the next time turns out differently.
With an M.Sc. in Biochemistry, a VC-backed biotech start-up, and a track record of building diagnostic tools for cardio-oncologists, he added the Wilderness First Responder certification to the list to better understand the gaps in the emergency med-tech landscape.
